This month’s recipe features strawberries, the quintessential summer fruit in my humble opinion, and the prolific yet unsung hero of an herb, thyme (Thymus vulgaris).

Why is thyme such an understated baddie, you ask? Thyme is low-key awesome for sweet-talking our nervous systems.
